Overall the service I received was outstanding. I had ordered the wrong product for the recipient's needs and I was contacted, my needs and requirements were discussed and the most appropriate product was recommended. This was outstanding as many companies would have simply fulfilled the order because it was of higher cost.
The recipient was overwhelmed with the gift and very happy. It was the perfect give and he was very satisfied.
The delivery was seamless and I have to say the address was quite out of the way but that did not pose a problem.
The website was very clear and the ordering system very easy.

I was absolutely delighted with my Flowers by Fruit arrangement. Likewise for the recipient - it is a fantastic idea. I was also very pleased with how soon after placing my order that the arrangement was ready to be picked up. The pick up from Kingsgrove is a great alternative to delivery. Everybody who saw the arrangement was fascinated by it and keen to know where it came from. Both the quality of the fruit and its presentation were excellent. I will definitely be using Flowers by Fruit in the future.

We ordered the arrangement as the dessert for a lunch party we were giving for friends. It looked beautiful and tasted even better. It was a great hit as none of our friends had ever seen one before. You will be pleased to know that they all took your phone number and website address!
